After That Ship! Taking Down Captain Relevos, Part 1

Welcome back to Tiefling Corner! In the last post on the site, the players made it into Sahaugin Stop and hopefully rested, refueled, and learned rumors from locals or prisoners at the Seavault to continue their adventure. Now, it’s time to start a battle voyage as the players go head-to-head with the intellect of Captain Relevos and his ship, the Saltnoose, as well as consulting the storm giant Seabeard for guidance against the powerful ship!

The greatest game is about to begin in this post at Tiefling Corner.

Resting and Refueling at Sahaugin Stop, Part 2

Welcome back to Tiefling Corner! In the previous article, I explained the pirate fort known as Sahaugin Stop, the Coalition of Pirate Lords, and the massive underground prison below Sahaugin Stop known as Seavault. There was so much content that it needed a sequel. Now, it’s time for shopping! In DND! Hopefully your characters have money in their pockets, because this is going to be a mad romp through Sahaugin Stop, and there are no ATMs here, just pickpockets!

Shop till you drop (or not) in this post at Tiefling Corner!

Resting and Refueling at Sahaugin Stop

Welcome back to Tiefling Corner!

So, your sailing adventurers (who may or may not be pirates) have just finished a tough battle with two different ships (hey, I designed that!) or have done a bunch of thievery on the high seas. They need a place to rest that isn’t constantly rocking, messy, or filled with vomit. That’s where Sahaugin Stop comes in: the finest pirate fort on the high seas!

This is a wretched hive of scum and villainy in this post at Tiefling Corner.

(SPOILERS for Battle Aboard the Dragonbeer!)

“DON’T GO ON THE BOAT!”

Boats are the silent killers in DND. People should know this by now! But no, from the Unexpectables to Critical Role, something bad always happens on a boat! So, to end this conspiracy once and for all, I’ve decided to expose the boat menace with all the elegance and urgency I can muster!

Something’s afoul on every deck in this post at Tiefling Corner!

How to Avoid (or lean into) DND Character Stereotypes

Welcome back to this post at Tiefling Corner! Today, we’re going to talk about character stereotypes in DND, and how you can recognize them and choose to follow or break them to make interesting characters.

You’re not looking at the same character twice in this post at Tiefling Corner.

Operation: Neon Devil: Continuing the DND Cold War Saga

A couple weeks ago, I designed Operation: Blink Dog, a DND adventure set in 1960s Faerun. It featured character presets, a full-fledged adventure, and even some lore surrounding the time period. But I don’t think I’m finished in this world that I have created. There’s plenty of other stories that can be told in this time period. And what better place in time to continue the adventure than the 1980s in Faerun?

Science fiction has become science fact in this post at Tiefling Corner.

DND Shows I Really Love

As I was writing this, I realized I’ve been designing my own DND media for exactly 2 months now. That may not be too long, but it’s felt longer to me.

But do you know what I’ve truly spent a lot of time in? The DND fandom. Today, I’ve compiled my favorite DND media (podcasts, live shows, homebrew designers, etc.) and decided to share it here, so you can find other creators that can give you better tips than I can!

I promise this list doesn’t only contain Critical Role in this post at Tiefling Corner.
